At Artisan Home Appliance, we’re committed to a premium, transparent shipping experience. This policy explains how and when your order ships, and what to expect from our fulfillment process.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not available at this time.
  • We plan to expand shipping zones—check back for updates.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend or holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Free Shipping

Delivery in 3–7 business days after processing. Applies to most major appliances and qualifying orders.

White-Glove Delivery (when available)

  • Available for select brands/products (see product page).
  • Includes in-home placement and packaging removal.
  • Delivery in 7–14 business days, depending on availability and zone.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on most continental U.S. orders.
  • White-glove delivery may incur additional fees, shown at checkout or product page.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers for secure, trackable deliveries:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Specialty freight providers (for large or high-value items)

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Link to track in real time

7. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against damage and loss. Notify us immediately if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect upon delivery.
  • If damaged, take photos of packaging and item.
  • Contact support@artisanhomeappliance.com within 48 hours.

Lost Shipments

  • If marked delivered but not received:
  • Confirm your address.
  • Check with neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact us for investigation.

9. Missing Items in Your Delivery

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order number and missing item details.
  • We’ll ship missing items or issue a refund.

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Double-check your shipping address before ordering.
  • If returned due to an invalid address, we’ll contact you to confirm a correct address.
  • You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.

11. Returns Related to Shipping

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging).
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
