This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Artisan Home Appliance (“Website”).

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To qualify:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Email support@artisanhomeappliance.com or call (407) 494-2645 with your order number, reason for return, and any photos.
- Receive Return Authorization: If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Ship within 7 days using original packaging and a trackable method. Include your RMA number and documentation. Note: Items returned without an RMA may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain products may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%, disclosed in advance if applicable.
5. Special Return Conditions

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos
- Full refund or replacement at no cost

- We will arrange pickup and send the correct product
5.4 Lost or Missing Orders
- Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived
- We’ll investigate and offer a refund or replacement if lost
5.5 Order Cancellations
- Cancel for full refund if not yet shipped
- If shipped, initiate a return after delivery

- Final sale, clearance, or open-box items
7. Refunds
7.1 Refund Processing
- We notify you by email once your return is received and inspected
- Approved refunds processed within 5 business days
- Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear
7.2 Partial Refunds
- Item not in original condition
- Missing parts or accessories
- Returns after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, contact support@artisanhomeappliance.com. We cover shipping for defective/incorrect items; customers cover change-of-mind shipping.
