This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Artisan Home Appliance (“Website”).

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email support@artisanhomeappliance.com or call (407) 494-2645 with your order number, reason for return, and any photos.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship within 7 days using original packaging and a trackable method. Include your RMA number and documentation. Note: Items returned without an RMA may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain products may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%, disclosed in advance if applicable.

5. Special Return Conditions

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost

  • We will arrange pickup and send the correct product

5.4 Lost or Missing Orders

  • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived
  • We’ll investigate and offer a refund or replacement if lost

5.5 Order Cancellations

  • Cancel for full refund if not yet shipped
  • If shipped, initiate a return after delivery

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital/downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale, clearance, or open-box items

7. Refunds

7.1 Refund Processing

  • We notify you by email once your return is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear

7.2 Partial Refunds

  • Item not in original condition
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Returns after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

8. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, contact support@artisanhomeappliance.com. We cover shipping for defective/incorrect items; customers cover change-of-mind shipping.
